Internal Hospital Management Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Assist in digitization and administration of hospital data, creating database in IPD, OPD and Emergency departments.
Design/manage effective hospital administration software and know the use of AI
Create SOPs and reporting templates.
Collect daily reports from departments via cloud system and creating summaries to be discussed with KBMS chairperson
Support governance structure and workflow efficiency
Analyze the data on daily basis and create reports to evaluate ethe efficiency.
Requirements:
Graduate in IT/Management/Healthcare preferred.
Knowledge of hospital management systems/software design.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
8 to 10‑hour duty time.
Salary: ₹10,000± per month

Hospital Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Promote hospital brand through digital and field marketing
Execute social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads etc.) through monthly KPIs
Organize public activities: health camps, seminars, awareness programs.
Engage with referring doctors & pharmacists.
Distribute hospital merchandise and collect feedback.
Producing weekly reports for KBMS chairperson summarizing/analysing the social engagement of hospital
Requirements:
Graduate in Marketing/Business/Healthcare preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Must own a motorbike.
8 to 10‑hour duty time.
Salary: ₹10,000± per month
